Introduction of Shanghai Angel Charity Foundation  |
Shanghai Angel Charity Foundation (SACF) was established in March, 2006. SACF is Shanghai's first registered non-public fundraising foundation with healthcare as its primary focus and is approved by the Shanghai Administration Bureau of Non-Governmental Organizations and the Shanghai Municipal Health Bureau.
SACF mission is to promote community health, to provide disaster relief, to promote charitable activities and corporate social responsibility, to provide disadvantaged people with medical treatment and other forms of assistance and to exemplify the charitable spirit of our global neighborhood.
From its formation, SACF has developed a catalog charity programs which include as "SACF Loving Care Medical Card", "SACF Charity Medical card", "SACF Health Direct Bus", "SACF Hand-in-hand" and other forms of activities under the leadership of the SACF Board of Trustees and with the help of public-spirited persons from around the world.
We carry forward: national tradition of being people foremost, being friendly, being generous.
We call for: the participation of all people, the spirit of benevolence, the emotion of gratitude.
