Constitution of Shanghai Angel Badminton Club
CHAPTERⅠ． GENERAL PROVISIONS
Article 1
The official name of the organization shall be called Shanghai Angel Badminton Club (SABC). The website of SABC is Http://bc.sacf.org.cn.
Article 2
Initiated and organized by Shanghai Angel Charity Foundation (SACF), SABC is a non-governmental and non-profit sports organization. SABC member should be the badminton-enthusiast who contributes himself greatly to medical philanthropy.
Article 3
The mission of SABC is: on the basis of the mission of Shanghai Angel Charity Foundation, to be a platform for the elites and outstanding friends of charity who are fond of badminton, popularizing the sports of badminton in the society, also promoting the development of SACF.
CHAPTER Ⅱ．MEMBERSHIP
Article 4
The member of SABC should be elites and outstanding friends of charity in the society. All SABC members are VIP Member.
Article 5
Qualifications of SABC Member:
1. Outstanding and eminent contributors to the development of Shanghai Angel Charity Foundation and philanthropic career;
2. Supporting Constitution of SABC, loving sports of badminton, be in good healthy condition, and participating in SABC activities actively;
3. No limitation of age, gender, etc.
Article 6
Only SABC member has the access to participate in SABC activities.
Article 7
The rights of SABC member include:
1. To participate in all SABC activities free of charge, including the instruction of professional instructor;
2. To elect or to be elected in SABC;
3. To review and oversee the activities of SABC, and put forward suggestions and comments;
4. To know all SABC affairs, especially the condition of finance;
5. To initiate or quit SABC voluntarily.
Article 8
The obligations of SABC member include:
1. To abide by Constitution of SABC and other rules and regulations, to maintain the reputation of SABC;
2. To cooperate closely with SABC staff, to carry out SABC resolution;
3. If there is no particular excuse, SABC member should participate in SABC activities on schedule;
4. Mutual respect and care among the members, to care the development of SABC;
5. The member, who is proficient in the sports of badminton, should give technological assist to other members;
6. To give regard for the charity career, to support philanthropy in Shanghai, to promote the development of Shanghai Angel Charity Foundation.
Article 9
Registration procedure includes:
1. To complete "Shanghai Angel Badminton Club Registration Form", and to send the form to SABC;
2. According to the requirements of the registration form, the applicant should inform SABC about real, accurate and detailed personal information for keeping in a file;
3. SACF Secretariats has the right to approve the member qualification;
4. After approved, the member will be SABC VIP Member, and get the VIP card;
5. Only the member self could use his member card.
CHAPTER Ⅲ．SABC STRUCTURE
Article 10
Leaded and administrated by Shanghai Angel Charity Foundation, SABC's overseeing authority is SACF. The office of SABC is located in SACF Secretariats.
Article 11
SABC set Executive Committee to take the responsibilities for SABC routine work. SACF appoints a director and a vice director of SABC Executive Committee.
Article 12
Nomination of the secretaries in Executive Committee:
1. Director of SABC Executive Committee has the right to nominate the secretaries;
2. The member, who is responsible and is willing to dedicate himself to SABC, has the qualification to be nominated as the secretaries in SABC Executive Committee
Article 13
The responsibilities of Executive Committee include:
1. All SABC activities, including the arena, equipment, public relations﹠communications, etc;
2. Property management in SABC;
3. Submitting work report and financial report periodically to overseeing authority - Shanghai Angel Charity Foundation;
4. To keep in touch with members, and to get member's feedback and suggestions to SABC;
5. To enroll the new members.
Article 14
Executive Committee convenes related members periodically to discuss the affairs of SABC.
Article 15
SABC Executive Committee shall serve two years as a term and can be re-elected at the end of a term.
Article 16
One of the secretaries will be nominated by Director of Executive Committee to take the responsibility of the financial administration of SABC.
Article 17
Friends of charity, who are the enthusiasts of philanthropy and the sports of badminton, could be SABC volunteers. The volunteers should cooperate with SABC Executive Committee to carry out SABC various work.
Article 18
Being transparent to SABC members, all SABC Executive Committee affairs are supervised by SABC members.
CHAPTER Ⅳ．ACTIVITY REGULATIONS
Article 19
All SABC members have the access to participate in all SABC activities gratis.
Article 20
SABC activities are organized periodically according to the number of members. The exact time and venue for each activity would be notified by SABC.
Article 21
Because of the preparing works, members should apply for reservation before each activity.
Article 22
Excellent professional coaches provide instruction for SABC members.
Article 23
Venues and shuttlecocks are equipped by SABC, while rackets are not taken into account.
Article 24
SABC organizes SABC placement games periodically.
Article 25
SABC organizes exchanging activities with other badminton clubs irregularly. The mission is: "Friendship comes first; no matter you win or lose".
Article 26
SABC encourages SABC members to participate in any kinds of badminton matches at Shanghai or national level. SABC sometimes organizes cheering squads during the game.
Article 27
All members should comply with the rules and regulations of sports stadium and of SABC, when participating in activities and exchanging matches. Mutual respect, politeness and obeying judgment are requested.
Article 28
Other forms of activities or parties are organized irregularly.
CHAPTER Ⅴ．FUND MANAGEMENT
Article 29
SABC sets up "SABC Love Fund", club members can donate voluntarily.
Article 30
Fund Sources:
1. Donation from SABC members;
2. Donation from corporations and individuals. If SABC held related tournament, SABC offers the title sponsor opportunity and other sponsor opportunities to corporations. SABC provides related exposure and propaganda for the sponsors;
3. Other sorts of legal proceeds are all donate to "SABC Love Fund".
Article 31
"SABC Love Fund" is donated to Shanghai Angel Charity Foundation (SACF) for carrying out various charity programs. SABC should make public announcements of the donation items to donors.
Article 32
Donors can enjoy preferential tax measurements according to related laws with specific receipts offered by SACF.
Article 33
SABC Executive Committee should submit the report about "SABC Love Fund" to SABC members at the end of the year. The form of report should be statement or report.
CHAPTER Ⅶ．SUPPLEMENTARY PROVISIONS
Article 34
Any amendment of Constitution of SABC should submit to SACF for examination and approving after approval by SABC Executive committee.
Article 35
Explanation authority of Constitution of SABC reserves to SABC Executive committee.
Article 36
SABC Executive committee can supply decision, regulation and detailed rules.
Article 37
Constitution of SABC takes effects since the establishment of Shanghai Angel Badminton Club.
